We are excited to share an important update that will make receiving, reviewing, and signing your tax documents easier than ever.
Starting January 1, 2026 we will be replacing our existing NetClient CS client portal with SafeSend, a secure, user-friendly online portal, to deliver your tax returns and related documents. You will also be able to upload your tax documents here as well.
SafeSend provides the following:

Secure Access: You’ll receive an email from SafeSend with a unique link to access your documents.

Easy Review & E-Signature: You can review your return, sign electronically, and download copies for your records.

Convenient Anytime Access: Log in at your convenience to view past and current documents.

Email Reminders: For tax payments and secure links to make tax payments.
When you receive your first SafeSend email, simply follow the prompts to verify your identity and access your documents.
In the meantime, if you have not downloaded copies of existing tax returns or other documents in your current NetClient CS portal, we recommend you do so otherwise you will lose access to those documents.
