COVID-19 Update

To Our Valued Clients:

As most of you are aware the spread of COVID-19 is beginning to affect every one of us.  Events have been cancelled and schools have been closed across the state in hopes of trying to contain the spread of the virus. These decisions are impacting many businesses.  As a protective measure, RKO will enforce “social-distancing” as best we can.  For the next couple of weeks, we will be encouraging most of our employees to work remotely.  We have the technology to do so and will have access to email.  If any documents need to be shared we encourage the use of our client portal Login to RKO's portal or email.  We also encourage that any person to person meetings be postponed for a few weeks, until we can re-evaluate and determine that conditions have improved.   

We value your business and want you to know that we will continue to provide the best possible client service that we can.  However, please understand that these circumstances are beyond our control and we do ask for your patience. We are working to keep both our clients and employees as safe as possible.
